Gameplay
Hunting in Egglantis is a little different! Delicate bubbles surround each egg and carry it upward towards the surface. Click a bubble to pop it, and the egg inside will fall into your bucket. There is no limit to the number of bubbles you can click! Collect every egg that floats by, or watch the bubbles drift upward as you wait for those special eggs you really need. How you play in Egglantis is up to you!
Play/Pause |
Need a break from popping bubbles? Click the Pause button in the top right corner of the screen to stop the eggs.
|
Bucket |
The flag in your Bucket keeps track of how many eggs you have collected. You can click on it to view, share, and store your collected eggs. Your Bucket can only hold 100 eggs, and once it’s full, the flag will turn red. You can continue to hunt, but your oldest finds will be pushed out of the bucket and get swept away by the current. If you know you collected an egg you don’t want to lose, be sure to click the flag to bring up your finds!

DustBunny |
Did you know that Hefley Motors made their flagship product, the DustBunny, waterproof? Activate the DustBunny in Egglantis to suck up as many underwater eggs as you possibly can! Pair it with Power Mode for the ultimate Egglantis experience. Just remember to keep an eye on your basket—it’ll fill up fast! Read all about the DustBunny here.
|
Challenge Goggles |
For ultimate underwater convenience, use Challenge Goggles to highlight eggs in your open challenges, making it easy to pick the eggs you need out of the multitude of bubbles—especially great with Power Mode! While the boost is active, any eggs you need to collect for your open challenges will appear with a yellow-green highlight, making them easier to spot and grab! To activate Challenge Goggles, click the diving mask icon on the side of the screen and select the amount of time you'd like to purchase the boost for. After you purchase Challenge Goggles, a timer will appear on the diving mask, indicating how long the boost will remain active.

New in 2024: Midnight Zone and Dive Tokens! If you want to dive deeper into the ocean for special and rare eggs, fill up your Oxygen Mank with Dive Tokens. You can find them drifting through Egglantis, or you can click on the oxygen meter to buy more. Read the section below about New Midnight Zone and Dive Tokens to learn more.

Power
|
Want to turn up the speed? You can activate Power Mode in Egglantis! When Power Mode is active, click the Power Mode icon in the top right corner of the game, and egg-bearing bubbles will appear in greater numbers for you to pop and collect. When Power Mode is active, you’ll notice jets of tiny bubbles floating up along with the eggs. To end Power Mode, just click the Power Mode icon again.

Travel Series
In Egglantis, you can hunt for a different set of egg series than you can in Upstate New Yolk, and new Egglantis-specific series will be released at this destination throughout the month! Use a key while you are in Egglantis to open these exotic new series.
Since Egglantis and Upstate New Yolk each have a different mix of series, your open series markers in your Collections area will only show you your open series for the location in which you are currently hunting. However, even though you can only hunt for the series that are available in your current location, stored eggs (network and premium) will be available across both destinations.
Egglantis Challenges
Want to have more fun at the bottom of the ocean? Open a deep-sea challenge in Egglantis! Click on your Challenges icon and choose a daily, loaded, or megga challenge to get started. Like other travel locations, challenges opened in Egglantis will only contain eggs from series available in that location.
New in 2024: Midnight Zone and Dive Tokens
Now, you can dive even deeper, past the main city of Egglantis, down into the dark & mysterious Midnight Zone, where you'll find special "dark mode" eggs.
How do I use Dive Tokens to go deep-sea diving?
If you want to dive deeper into the ocean for special and rare eggs, fill up your oxygen tank with Dive Tokens. You can find them drifting through Egglantis, or you can click on the oxygen meter to buy more.
Once you dive down to the Midnight Zone, you collect eggs by hovering over them, rather than with a single click. When your cursor is over a "dark-mode" egg, you'll see a red circle appear and start to turn green. Once the circle turns green, the special egg will fall into your basket. | |
Every 24 hours, Premium members can find a free Dive Token in the Dive Token Emporium by clicking on the Oxygen Meter. |

More questions about diving and dark mode/Midnight Zone:
What am I diving for?
Special and rare eggs, including previous Exclusive and event series. For example: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Midnight Zone (of course), Anglerfish, Deep Sea Fishing Lures, Moby Dick, Sea Monster, Squid, Whale, Ocean Mystery, Black Lagoon, and more.
How do I dive?
Collect Dive Tokens to fill up your Oxygen Meter -- you can find them hunting, and/or you can buy them by clicking on the oxygen tank icon. This is like the volcano meter with offerings and tokens in Sunny Side Cay. Once your oxygen tank is full, you'll see a "dive warning" countdown. This is a good time to empty your basket to make sure you have room for all the dark mode eggs you're about to capture.
What happens when I'm in the Midnight Zone?
Once you dive down to the Midnight Zone, you collect eggs by hovering over them, rather than with a single click. When your cursor is over a "dark-mode" egg, you'll see a red circle appear and start to turn green. Once the circle turns green, the special egg will fall into your basket. This is like the "Ghost Haunt" in the Haunted House.
