This handy feature lets you choose which eggs you get notified about while hunting (in addition to new eggs and challenge eggs). When you’re hunting in Normal Mode and Power Mode, you already get notified of new eggs and eggs in your challenges, but what if you’re trying to stock up on something else? Maybe you want to rebuild your storage inventory after a tradepost, contribute to network storage, help a friend catch up, or have some other reason to keep an eye out for specific eggs. The Hunting Watch List is for you! |

How do I get Hunting Watch List?
Usually, with Golden Carrot Reward Coins — but you might also find it in presents or available for shells during special occasions. You can activate Hunting Watch List from either the Golden Carrot Rewards tradepost or from your profile.
To buy with Carrot Coins: Click on the Carrot Coin icon and find a Watch List trade to redeem.
To activate from your profile, locate the Watch List tab in the Overall Collection section. Click Try it now! then confirm the Carrot Coin purchase.
You do not have to be Premium to use this feature.
How do I use Hunting Watch List?
Once you have activated this feature, you can add eggs to your Watch List by finding them in other areas of your profile's Collection section (All, Hunting, Sheldon/Shelby, etc.) and selecting an egg. When you click on the egg, you will see a button called Add to Watch List.
In this example, a player went to the Hunting tab, found the Pancakes series, and clicked on the Classic egg.
Later, go to Watch List to confirm what you've added (this is also where you remove eggs). If you go to Watch List and don't see an egg you just added, try closing your profile window and re-opening it. The screenshot below shows the player successfully added Classic to their Watch List.
I have eggs on my Hunting Watch List, now what?
Time to hunt! When you are hunting in Normal Mode or Power Mode, watchlisted eggs trigger pop-up "Hunting List" alerts in the lower left corner of your screen, similar to those for new eggs and challenge eggs.
Then, when you review your Basket Report, find the Hunting Watch List eggs by clicking the Hunting Watch List filter button. From here, it's easy to send those eggs to someone you know is looking for them, or to quickly submit for tradepost trades. Below is an example of how some players used this feature to build up their inventory of requested eggs during one of the 2024 Shelby's Book Club tradepost events:
I’ve found as many watched eggs as I wanted – how do I stop getting alerts?
Remove eggs from your Hunting Watch List in your profile's Collection section.
Go to the Watch List, click on the egg you want to remove, and click Remove from Watch List. Here, the player has sent Shelby all the requested Classic Pancakes eggs, so wants to remove it:
How do I know when my Hunting Watch List expires?
You can check in your profile. Between your profile photo and the Overall Collection section, you can find important dates for timed features in the game, such as Premium membership, unlimited travel, Storage Eggspress, and Hunting Watch List. Click on a date to see how far away it is.
If I get more Hunting Watch List, when does it start? Does it extend my time?
In brief: now and yes.
If you receive Hunting Watch List in a present, win it as a prize in a Live Egg Hunt, or just buy more of it, that time starts immediately and is added on to the end of whatever time you already have.
