The Inbox is a place for you to claim anything credited to you by the Hatchlings team and some giftable items. If it's not an egg or a present for a Present Patch, chances are, you find it in your inbox. Like your vault, it's considered short-term storage, and items disappear after 7 days. |
How do I find the Inbox?
Your Inbox is on the right side of your screen, near the Message Center's mailbox icon.
A red dot will tell you how many items are there waiting for you to claim them.
What goes to the inbox?
Here, you might find prizes won in a Live Egg Hunt, items credited from Support, and giftable items like the occasional "supply crates" we offer.
You might even find a message from Hatchlings HQ! You won't be able to reply from your Inbox, but you can use the "contact" link in the sidebar to send the team a message.
Where does my stuff go when I claim it?
When you click Claim, items go to your vault (eggs), attic (decorations), inventory (parts, keys, etc.), or wherever else they belong. They may or may not appear in your Log.
Like your vault, items expire after 7 days, so make sure you claim things promptly.
